☆Grammar and Vocabulary
① There’s one player he hasn’t played against yet.
関係代名詞節修飾
関係代名詞節による修飾は「組み合わせ修飾」。
この文では、先行詞（修飾される名詞） one player と、against（～に対して）の後に空所 ( ) のある、
「彼はまだ ( ) と対局したことがない」
が組み合わされ、
「彼がまだ対局したことがない棋士」
となる。
関係代名詞節修飾は「説明ルール: 説明は後ろに置く」が生み出す典型的な形。まず one player と言い切り、その説明を加える意識で he hasn’t ~ 以下を続ける意識で練習する。
