I thought India was definitely an option worth consideration, or at least worthy of a feasibility study. I’m looking forward to seeing the site and discussing the next steps.

In general, business casual attire is fine: a shirt and jacket. As far as I’ve seen, most men don’t seem to wear a tie.
Having said that, perhaps it would be better to wear a tie when we meet with senior local government officials, at least for the first day.
