leave it to ~ は「~に任せる、~に委ねる」という意味のフレーズ

leave A to B で「AをBに決めてもらう、AをBの責任においてやってもらう」となる。

この例文は「運命に決めてもらう」ということ。

**chance:

I’ll leave it to everyone here to decide what to do next.

 

leave it up to ~ と、up を入れることもできる
