Your proposal is still under discussion. So, I cannot give you an immediate answer.
・under discussion は「協議中」。「完成を見ていない」というニュアンスの under が使われている
・immediate answer は「即答」
②決定したらすぐに連絡します。
I’ll let you know as soon as they’ve reached a decision.
・let you know は目的語説明型（SVOC）で「you が know することを let（許す）」→「教える」
・as soon as ~ の後ろには節が使える。ここで現在完了形が使われているのは、すでに決定がなされた状況を想定しているため
・reach（到達する）は decision（決定）と相性のいい動詞

**decision: 決定
2⃣ 友人と居酒屋にいるあなた。「それで、彼女に振られたのよね？」と言う友人に返答してください。

（それで、彼女に振られたのよね？）

Yeah. But why she did so is beyond me.
・beyond me は「私を超えている→分からない」
・did so は質問内容を受け「私と別れた」の代わりに使われている
②というのは、僕は2～3日彼女に返信しなかっただけなんだ。それってそれほど大したことじゃないよね。
I mean, I just didn’t text her back for a couple of days. It’s not such a big deal, is it?
・text は「テキストメッセージを送る」という動詞。
・for は期間を表し、for a couple of days で「2～3日の間」
・最後の文は付加疑問文。基となる文の肯定・否定を入れ替えた疑問文を文末に置く。It’s not ~ → is it?
