Wow, what a mess! Hey, boys! You need to get this room cleaned before your dad comes back.
**mess: 散らかっている状態
・最初の文は「What + 名詞!」の感嘆文
・get this room cleaned は目的語說明型（SVOC）(Lesson 112)で、「this room = cleaned の状態を get する」ということ。before に続く節内が、未来を表す形ではなく comes back と現在形になっていることにも注意！「戻ってくる」が前提となっているから
B: そうしないと怒られちゃうからね。急いでやっちゃって。わかった？
Otherwise, he’ll get mad. Get it done real quick. Got it?
**otherwise: そうしなければ
・get madで、get は「変化」を表している (Lesson 111)
・real quick は really quickly の口語表現
・最後の Got it? は覚えていましたか? (Lesson 108)
2⃣ 友人を山の別荘に招待したあなた。到着した友人と辺りを散策していたのですが、寒くなってきたので、中に入るよう、うながしてください。

**chilly: 肌寒い
・it’s getting chilly と考えずに言えたらOK (Lesson 111)
・「指示 + or (～して、そうしないと)」の形
B: 僕が夕飯を作っている間、くつろいでいてね。Wi-Fi のパスワードは『davidfamily』、空白なしで全部小文字だよ、いい？
Make yourself at home while I’m fixing dinner. The Wi-Fi password is “davidfamily” no space, all in lower case, OK?
**password: パスワード
**lower case: 小文字
・fix dinner は prepare dinner のカジュアルな言い方
