**grow into ~:
He’s grown into a fine young man.

to不定詞も、前置詞の to と同様に「矢印(→)」のイメージを持ち、「これから」のニュアンスにつながる。

この文の need は「(これから)~することが必要だ」という意味。

into が「内部にのめり込む」感じとつながるため。

**bump into ~: ~に偶然出会う
I heard you bumped into my son Renji on Sunday.
(日曜日に、あなたが私の息子のレンジとバッタリ会ったと聞きました)

 

**grow into ~: 育って~になった
He’s grown into a fine young man.
(彼はずいぶん立派な若者になりました)

※ must be の must は「~に違いない」という確信を表しています
