① I’ve been coming here for years.
現在完了進行形（have been + 動詞 -ing 形）
この形は「（今に）迫ってくる」現在完了形のイメージと、生き生きとした行為を描写する動詞-ing 形のハイブリッド。「ずっと～している」と、過去から現在に至る行為について述べる形
② I’m tired already.
過去分詞からの形容詞
tire（疲れさせる）から派生した形容詞が、tired。
過去分詞は「～される」と受動の意味なため「疲れさせられる→疲れる」と人の感情を表す
tire の派生形容詞にはもうひとつ動詞-ing形を用いた tiring がある。こちらは「疲れさせるような」と人を疲れさせる「もの」を形容する表現

→ it ~ that … の形でも「重要」を述べることができる。that以下の節では動詞原形を用いること。なぜなら、まだ実現してはいない内容なので現在形の使用が避けられるため。
imperative は「命令」をイメージとする「極めて重要な必要不可欠な」
④ We value our customers’ opinions.
→ value は名詞で「価値」、動詞で「尊重する・重んじる」。重要視していることを表す

※ decide は「決める」と一般的に訳が付きますが、「決める」ではしっくりこないこともあります。この文はその典型例。この文での decide は「決める」というより「あ、これだ！この方向で行こう！と判断する」という意味合いです。なので「私は～という判断をした」がこの文の decide です！
**exercise machine: 運動器具、エクササイズマシーン
