説明ルール
英語の修飾をつかさどる重要ルールの一つが「説明ルール: 説明は後ろに置く」。この文でも使われている
spent the last 15 years（この15年間を費やした）の説明が training for this で、何をして費やしたのかを説明している
To be honest, I had a different dream.
指定ルール
英語の修飾をつかさどるもう一つの重要ルールが「指定ルール: 指定は前に置く」。この文の、話し手の発言態度を表す to be honest の定位置が文頭であるはそのため
「前」に置くことによって「正直な話なのだけど」と、I had a different dream の内容をあらかじめ指定している
☆Target Forms

come や go は「変化（～になる）」を表すことのできる動詞。「ある状態に至る・進む」ことを表すため
説明型オーバーラッピング（SVC）で使われる動詞は、
「A = B [に～]」などのような「A = B」を基本とする動詞たち
「変化」を表す come と go もこの形と相性のよい動詞
come と go の表す変化にはクセがあり、
come =「よい変化」
go =「悪い変化」
を表す傾向にある
come true は「（夢が）叶う・実現する」で、よい変化を表す come がピッタリ

日本語の「来る」という訳に縛られないでください。come は良い変化であることを意識しながら練習しましょう

→ sour は「酸っぱい」。食べ物が腐敗したことを暗示するため、go sour で「だめになる・うまくいかなくなる」など、否定的な内容を示す
