① Mom wants to keep the kitchen clean.
目的語説明型（SVOC）
keep 以降は目的語説明型の文。 目的語説明型は、目的語とその後の説明語句との間に「＝（イコール）」または「主語・述語」の関係がある。
この文は、「the kitchen = clean に keepする（保つ）」ということ。
② You already know how to cook.
wh語 + to不定詞の形
wh語の後に to不定詞を並べた「wh語 + to 不定詞」 が使われている。
how to cook は「どのように料理するべきか＝料理の仕方」となる。
to不定詞には 「これから」のニュアンスが感じられることにも注意。
