この文の how以下は疑問形を伴っていないため、当然疑問の意味はない。「別途動画がどんなに人気がある（のか）」という、単なる分の部品にすぎない。こうした形を wh節と呼ぶ。

これが wh疑問文。しっかり区別すること。
② I’m not really interested.
not と強い表現のコンビネーション
not が強い単語 really（本当に）を否定して「それほど～ではない」となっている。
