・have trouble with ~ は「～で困っている」。「一緒」の with が使われている

Why don’t you go over there and use that machine to put money on your card? You can ask the station staff to help you use it.
**station staff: 駅員さん
Why don’t you ~? (～したらどうでしょう？) は、気軽な提案
・put money は Lesson 94
・staff は、数えられない名詞 (不可算名詞) なので、a ~ や複数形といった形にはなりません。
・最後の文の help 以降は目的語説明型（SVOC）

・plus は情報をさらにつけ足す接続表現
