指定ルール
to be honest（正直に言うと）がこの位置にあるのは「指定ルール: 指定は前に置く」が働いているため。
to be honest は後続の内容を「正直な話ですよ」と、あらかじめ指定する働きがあるためこの位置が定位置。
② I know it’s been hard.
現在完了形のイメージ
it’s been = it has been で現在完了形の文。
現在完了形のイメージは「（今に）迫ってくる」。つまり過去から現在に向けて「大変だった」 ということ。
