説明型オーバーラッピング（SVC）
主語を補えば That sounds interesting. となる
この文は説明型オーバーラッピング（SVC）の形で、基本は be動詞文と同じように主語の説明「that = interesting」ということ
だが、この文では意味の薄い be動詞ではなく、実質的な意味を持つ sound（聞こえる）が使われているため、その意味が文全体にオーバーラップして「that = interesting [に聞こえる]」となる
