① Are you sure you need 100 sheets?
リポート文
主語の思考・発言・知識・感情などを「リポート」する文のこと。動詞（句）の後ろに節 （文の部品として使われる「小さな文｣）を置いて作る「説明ルール: 説明は後ろに置く」が生み出す形
この文では are sure（確信している）の内容を you need 以下の節が説明している。

wish の仮定法
「wish + 節（～だといいのに）」には注意が必要！なぜなら wish に後続する節には、常に仮定法が使われるため。
仮定法は「事実に反している可能性が著しく低い」ことを表す形。この文は「（実際には手伝えないが）手伝うことができたらいいなぁ」ということ。
仮定法は本来の時表現を過去方向にずらして作る。この文が現在の事態を述べているにもかかわらず、could が使われているのはそのため。

I can’t be bothered to clean my room.
→ bother を用いた「なんでわざわざ～するの・しなくちゃいけないの」
Why bother は、動詞-ing形、to不定詞を続けることができる
can’t be bothered は「わざわざしたくない」ということ

It’s too much trouble.
→「あまりにたくさんの仕事・トラブル → 面倒くさい」につながる。よく使われる。
③ It’s not worth the effort.
It’s not worth it.
It’s not worth the watching.
I don’t see the value in it.
→ It’s not worth ~ は「～の価値がない」。価値がないと述べることにより「面倒くさい」気持ちを表現することができる

→ 少し遠回しな「面倒くさい・やりたくない」
