**croquette:

What are you going to do?
be going to ~ の「意図」
イメージは「～に向かっている途中」。ここでは「意図（～するつもり）」の意味で使われている
すでに意志決定が行われており、今は to以下の状況に向かっている途中ということになる
I’ll be the taste tester.
will の「意志」
I’ll = I will。この文の will は「意志（～するよ）」を表している
be going to とは異なり、その場で意志決定が行われていることに注意

I want Mom to relax today.
目的語説明型（動詞+目的語+説明語句）SVOC の説明語句に to不定詞（to+動詞原形）が使われている
「目的語が to以下の行為に進む」ことを意味するこの形は、「押す」動詞以外にも、当然使われる
この文は「Mom が relax に進むことを want する」ということ
want はこの形で頻繁に使われる
Practice
Mom が relax に「進む」ニュアンスをしっかりと意識してください。それができればこの形は皆さんのもの、ですよ！
