Well, next Sunday is our wedding anniversary. We’re planning to go to a nice restaurant, but we have no place in mind.
・next Sunday is ~ と「現在形」が使われているのは、結婚記念日が日曜日であることは確定した未来、だから現在の事実として扱っている
・plan は「これから動詞」。「これからのことを計画する」ため、to不定詞と結びつく
・have ~ in mind は「～が頭にある」

・where は「行く」場所を尋ねている。recommend の後ろの節に疑問のターゲットがあることに注意して
