・a sec は「ちょっと」= a second (1秒で) のこと
・I’ll ~ は、意志の will (～しますよ) を使った表現
B: わかりました、それで、今週は予定が詰まっているんです。 来週の水曜日か、もしそちらのほうがよろしければ金曜日はいかがですか？「すしひろと」で席を予約します。食事をしながらそれについてお話ししましょう。

**have a lot on my plate: 予定が詰まっている
・have a lot on my plate は、お皿にたくさん載っているということで、「忙しい・予定が詰まっている」となる
・How about ~? は軽い提案を表している
