・reallyを加えて、どうしても行かなくてはならないことを強調
・have はそうした義務・課題が「周りにある」
・first thing tomorrow morning は「明日の朝いちばんに」

The battery’s gone. Can you call roadside assistance and ask them to come? I’ll let the boss know about our situation.

・ask them to come は「to不定詞」を説明語句とする目的語説明型（SVOC）
「them が come に進むことを頼む」
と、to の持つ矢印 (→) のイメージが、目的語が to 以下の行為に「進む」ニュアンスにつながっている
B: 会議はキャンセルするしかないみたいだね。
It looks like we have no choice but to cancel the meeting.
・It looks like ~ は「～のように見える」
・have no choice but to ~（～せざるをえない）はまとめて覚えておく！
・but to ~ は「～する以外に」で、「～以外の選択肢はない」ということ
