① I’m really busy learning new things.
説明ルール
英語の語順をつかさどるルールの一つ、「説明ルール：説明は後ろに置く」がある。この文の learning new things の位置どりはその例。
このフレーズは am really busy の後に置かれている。そこで、何をして忙しいのか？その「説明」となる。
② It‘s not easy being the new kid on the block.
it ~ + 動詞-ing形
この文は
it to…
it ~ that…
と同様、it の内容を説明するフレーズが文末に加わった
it ~ + 動詞-ing形
の形。
it は「受ける」単語なので、まず心に状況を思い浮かべ it でそれを受け、「簡単なことじゃないんだよ」と文を始める。そしてこのままでは「何が簡単なことではないのか」が分からないので、being the new kid on the block（新人であることは、ね）と付け足す。

誰か（あるいはその意見や方針) に同意なら agree with、計画や提案（に従うこと）への同意なら agree to を用いる
② I think so, too.
That’s a good point [idea].
→ 同意を表すには「そう思う」でも十分
また、相手の意見を褒めるのも同意を表すいい方法
③ Do you agree?
Are you on board?
Are you for or against the plan?
→ 賛否を問う表現もよく使われる。
board は「板」でそこから「乗船する」というニュアンスが生まれる。「それに乗った！」と日本語と同じように考えてもよい。
for or against では、for（向かう）、against（反する）といった前置詞のイメージが使われている。
④ We fully support his proposal.
Everyone is in favor of the merger.
→ 「賛成・支持」を表すフォーマルな表現。

**run around: 走り回る
I have to run around to different places every day.
私は毎日違う場所を走り回らなければなりません＝毎日あちこち走り回らないといけないから。
**move around: 動き回る、あちこちに動く
