感嘆文
感嘆文は
「What + 名詞 + 主語 + 動詞！」
「How + 形容詞/副詞 + 主語 + 動詞！」
感動を覚えた要素に what や how を加えて文頭に置く形式。この文の場合、a question が名詞であるため、what をつけている。「主語+動詞」はこの例のようにしばしば省略される。

expect を用いた目的語説明型（SVOC）
expect（予期する・期待する）を用いた目的語説明型の文。説明語句が to不定詞であることに注意。

→ 助動詞の使用も、全面的な賛同を避けるのに効果的。can（そういった可能性がある）の強さを could で減じ「そうかもしれないな」となる
