英語の修飾フレーズの語順則に「説明ルール: 説明は後ろに置く」があり、この文の enough money にもそれが適用されている
まず、「十分なお金」
でもそれだけでは何をするのに十分なのか？説明が必要だと話し手は感じているため、

という流れになっている
