「no wonder + 節」は「～なのも不思議ではない」というフレーズ
wonder は「大きなクエスチョンマーク（？）」がイメージ。強い否定の no と結びつき「？はまったくない」となる。まとめて覚える必要のあるフレーズ！
この文で使われた節は、seem（見える・思える）を使った説明型オーバーラッピング（SVC）の形
he = so friendly with you [に見えた]
ということ。
