My gym is excellent. It has all kinds of machines. A 25-meter pool too.
・too は最も簡単な「～も」と、積み重ねる表現
・「25メートルの」はまとまった形容詞であるため、meter は単数形になる
②その上、スタッフはとても親切で、いつも私を励ましてくれます。でも、良くないのは会費がちょっと高いことですね。
On top of that, the staff members are so kind and always encourage me. But the downside is that the membership fee is a bit expensive.
・on top of that は「その上」と、論点を足す表現

・should have ~ は「～すべきだった」と後悔を表す形。
