any のイメージ
「何でも・どれでも」で、聞き手に選択の自由を与える表現。この文で any が使われているのは、「どんなプランでもいいよ、教えて」という気持ちから

頻度副詞
まず頻度表現の位置に注意。always や often などの頻度副詞の位置 は not と同じ。一般動詞を使った文では「動詞の前」となる。この例文でも、go の前に never が置かれている。
現在形の意味
