・否定語句を前に置き、「主語 – 助動詞倒置」で大きな感情の動きを維持する

2⃣ 恋人に高価なバッグを買うお金をどこで手に入れたのかを問われたあなた。実は先週、文学賞で１位を取ったというメールを受け取っていたのです。恋人に説明しましょう。
Girlfriend: By the way, where did you get the money?
You:
①先週、僕は書いた小説が文学賞で１位になったことを知らせるメールをもらったんだ！
Last week, I got an email saying that the novel I wrote ( ) won first prize in a literary award!
**literary award: 文学賞
**first prize: １等賞
・「先週」という時系列に光を当てながら前置きしている。
・an email saying ~ は「〜と書いてあるメール」という無生物主語。「メールが言う」
・the novel I wrote は関係代名詞節修飾。wrote の後ろに空所 ( ) があり the novel と組み合わさっている「私が書いた、小説」と言うこと。
②そして1,000万円を受け取ったんだよ！僕たちの将来は明るいよ！
And I received 10 million yen! Our future is bright, honey!
・英語には「万」の単位がなく、１千万円は「million が 10個」と表現する
**million: 100万
**bright: 明るい
