① It‘s a lovely day.
it のイメージ
it は「それ」と訳されることが多い単語だが、this（これ）、that（あれ）とは違い「指す」単語ではなく「受ける」単語。それが分かると「それ」と訳せないこうした文を不思議に思うことがなくなる。
この文の it は、周りの状況を「受け」て、「すてきな日ですね」と言っている。
② It’s not really necessary.
not と「強い」表現のコンビネーション
not と really の順序に注意。not は後続を否定する単語なので、この並びで not は really を否定していることになる。
really（本当に）のような「強い」意味を持った単語が否定されるとその強さが減じられる。「本当に～ということはない＝それほど～ない」という意味となる。

→ contradict（反論する・矛盾する）を中心としたフレーズ
not mean to ~ は「～するつもりではない」

→ respect（敬意）に焦点を置いたクッション
due は「払われるべき」
With all due respect で「当然払われるべき敬意をもって述べますが＝失礼ですが・お言葉ですが」
No disrespect intended, but ~ は「無礼・失礼なことを申し上げるつもりはありませんが、～」ということ。「no disrespect = intended（意図される：過去分詞）」という形。
どちらも汎用表現だが、反論を加える前に打つ「先手」としても使える
